If you are having trouble opening the .pdf files then you may want to try downloading these doc files which you can open in your word processor. Just click on the link to the file you are interested in with your RIGHT mouse button then click on "Save Target As." This will save it to your hard drive-be sure to right down the name of the directory you saved it in so you can go there to open it in your word processor.
